If you receive the:

The user profile service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded 

 Do at your own risk


Do the following:

Prerequisite: have a local admin account to login / or have trinity rescue disk to reset the local admin account to a blank password


Step 1:) reboot into safemode (press power button until machine turns off, and then keep tapping the f8 button)  ~ if your using a virtual machine computer from vmware, use the command window within the windows box:
start-->run / search---> type: cmd 
type: shutdown -r -t 03 -f
then wait

Step 2.) once your reboot into safemode login as the local Administrator

Step 3.) navigate to:  C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile
and delete all contents in this folder
Next remove any disk quotas you may have in place

Step 4.) Reboot and login as local admin and continue what you were actually doing
